"ИНДУСТРИЯ КАМНЯ" – это новое название международной выставки "ЭКСПОКАМЕНЬ", которая в первый раз состоялась в 1999-ом году.
В течение 18-ти лет проводимая в Москве выставка зарекомендовала себя как крупнейшее в России и Восточной Европе и одно из значимых в мире мероприятий в области добычи и обработки натурального камня.
"ИНДУСТРИЯ КАМНЯ" является ежегодным местом встреч представителей фирм России, СНГ и более чем 20-ти стран мира, работающих в области добычи и обработки природного камня, и их клиентов - представителей камнедобывающей и камнеобрабатывающей промышленности, строителей, архитекторов, дизайнеров, профессионалов в области градостроительства и городского хозяйства, художников, реставраторов, работников ритуальных служб и т.п.
В выставке традиционно принимают участие компании из стран-лидеров мирового производства камня — Египта, Греции, Индии, Италии, Китая, Турции, и др. — что демонстрирует признание России как одной из ведущих стран в области добычи, обработки и потребления природного камня, важной составляющей мирового рынка.
Новое название — " ИНДУСТРИЯ КАМНЯ" – отражает всеобъемлющий характер выставки и ее соотнесенность со всей индустрией природного камня, включающей как этот уникальный природный материал в блоках, слэбах, плитах, изделиях и пр., так и оборудование для добычи и обработки натурального камня, инструмент, средства для ухода и сохранения камня и пр.
