Today Azerbaijan is successfully implementing a consistent energy policy, the result of which is stability and energy security in the region. 2020 has become a historic year for our country; having won a brilliant victory in just 44 days under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the Victorious Azerbaijani Army returned our lands, which had been occupied for about 30 years. In the near future, the liberated territories will be provided with green energy, thereby expanding the possibilities for co-operation in the field of investments and joint projects on renewable energy sources.
Today Azerbaijan is one of the countries that features stability on a global scale, and we have no doubt that the Baku Energy Forum will also be successful, and will develop and keep pace with the needs of the energy market in the Caspian region.
