Your innovation fair for gastronomy

The evenord trade fair is about sausages and much more. Butchers and meat processing companies will find everything they need for their daily work at the annual event at the Nuremberg exhibition center. In addition to raw materials and butchery supplies, the over 160 exhibitors present their range of products for everything to do with shop fitting and furnishings, packaging, work clothing and decoration. The 4,000 trade visitors from the meat industry, gastronomy, communal catering and hotel business come from southern Germany. The organizer of the exhibition is Evenord eG. NürnbergMesse is responsible for organizing and running evenord.
