The CeMAT Austraila, the international trade fair for materials handling and intralogistics, has emerged from the CeMAT Hannover that is successfully held every two years in Hannover. In the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center numerous professionals of the industry, such as retailers, players in the field of fast-moving consumer goods as well as service providers, are gathered on a global scale in order to talk shop about intelligent solutions for an efficient logistics network. In the foreground are machinery and equipment as well as warehouse and computer systems. In addition to the exhibition, a conference on materials handling matters is organised. In this context important topics such as improvements regarding the road and rail network as well as the airports and sea ports are treated.
