Metallurgy China began in 1987.The organizer regards "continuously improving the competitiveness of Chinese iron and steel industry in domestic and foreign markets, and promoting the development of Chinese iron and steel industry" as the purpose of the exhibition. The organizer also upholding the professionalism and the core concept of serving the exhibitors, serving the industry and serving the market, making the exhibition as an international leading platform to promote Chinese metallurgical products and technology, market development, and investment and acquisitions. After more than 30 years of development, Metallurgy China has become an authoritative industry event in China and a weather vane for grasping the technological trend of the metallurgical industry.
Metallurgy China 2025 will be held at Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 8 to 10, 2025. As the premier industry event hosted by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) and the Metallurgical Council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (MC-CCPIT), this exhibition focuses on the trends in the entire industry chain and closely follows the hot spots of the industry under the development direction and backdrop of green, low-carbon, and intelligent manufacturing.
