Photon 2018 is the major Optics and Photonics conference organised by the Institute of Physics in the UK and the ninth in the biennial series that started in 2002.


Over four days, Photon participants will have the opportunity to visit exhibitions on the latest in optics and photonics technology, attend lectures from experts in the field, and get up to date with cutting-edge research.



The programme will consist of plenary and invited talks, as well as contributed presentations and posters.



Organised by the IOP Environmental Physics, Instrument and Science Technology, Optical, Quantum Electronics and Photonics, Quantum Optics, Quantum Information and Quantum Control and Medical Physics Group.
