Pizza World Championship ITALY – CHINA SELECTIONS 2016
Pizza e Pasta Italiana is the leading sector magazine and Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli is the International pizza school, it will be taking part for the second time to Hotelex in Shanghai. On Wednesday March, 30 the second edition of China Pizza Championship will take place in W5A28, and this event is valid as selections of the World Pizza Championship, Parma – ITALY (11/12/13 April) ; furthermore during the entire exhibition, the Italian pizza magazine and pizza school give pizza lessons with the help of their Master teachers and pizza World Champions, Graziano Bertuzzo and Giorgio Sabattini.
